Pedro Trueba Zepeda, Borned on april 23rd of 1967 in Minatitlan, Veracruz and lives in Mexico City at the present.

Since young, he ventures in art, architecture and painting. Pedro Trueba studied Arquitecture in the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México, and concluded his studies in 1994. He represented his University with his professional thesis in the "III Muestra Internacional de Arquitectura” in Valladolid, Spain.

From 1995 to 2001, he worked in the Museo Nacional de Antropología as subdirector of museography; and from 2002 to 2006 as Project Coordinator of the General directorate of Sites and Monuments of CONACULTA Cultural Heritage. He has taken part on nummerous and diverse national and international relevant cultural projects.

As a plastic artist, his work shows a great evolution, which starts from realism, ventures in expresionism and arrives to abstract paintings. Pedro Trueba´s work is mainly based on oils, acrylic, watercolors, mixed techniques of small and great format.

Has exposed in more than one hundread occations. His works have been presented in very important cultural centers, galleries and museums in Mexico.

Pedro Trueba has exposed his work in like in New York in five occations during 2007 at the Jadite Gallery, in 2010 at the Art Barn Gallery-North Salem, N.Y., The Affordable Art Fire N.Y. City, 2010, in
2011 in the Art Barn Gallery-Nth Salem, N.Y. and Gail schoentag Gallery, Sag Harbor, Hamptons, N.Y. In Guatemala City at the Mexico Embassy, and La Antigua Guatemala at the Galeria Quiroa, both in 2008.

On april the 2nd, 2009 the book "Pedro Trueba, un pintor veracruzano"
was presented at the Veracruz World Trade Center. The book was edited by Ediciones Gernika and fully sponsored by the State Govenrment of Veracruz and the Veracruz State DIF.

He published catalog magazines such as "Creacion Pictórica" (2006), "Evolución" (2007), "In Situ" (2008), "Fronteras" (2008), "Detalles"
(2008), "Deseos" (2009), "Obras & Montajes" (2009), "Free spirit paintings"
(2010), "Fusión Sensual" (2011).

His proposal includes the "Free spirit paintings" style, consisting of not to be typecast in a particular pictorical style, but having the freedom of enriching or merging styles; and the one named "Corporate Art" in which art solutions are customized for different work areas or places.

In this scope, he has made important projects and plastic achievemets for transnationals such as American Express, Crowne Plaza Veracruz, Castelo Hotel, BankBoston, Hospital de la Alta Especialidad del Bajío, Grupo Pavisa, Manufacturera 3M, HT Abogados, MVMH Abogados, Arecas Cuernavaca, Finca Guadalupe Cuautla, Restaurantes Azafrán and EME, LG Asesores Corporativos, Terra Grupo Desarrollador, Exfera and Grupo Corrado, and much more.

In 2010, he created Corporate Art for the CREEVER, built by the Veracruz Government and the Veracruz State DIF, the largest rehabilitation center of Latin America. For this matter, Pedro Trueba conseptualized, painted and installed 275m2 of art.
